Staff and rooms are awesome, I liked very spacious bed. Original hotel perfectly located in the city. And near Hanoi's Old Quarter, the centre of old quarter and the center. Immaculately clean venue with a plunge swimming pool.

The staff was adorable and the location was prime - altogether a good experience. I enjoyed the breakfast: cereal, bread, cheese, fresh fruit and eggs were all exceptional. It was based near a lovely beach.

The location is picturesque, amazing service, the staff is very professional. An amazing beach, glorious view. Refined hotel, 30 km from Noi Bai International airport.

Thoughtful personnel, covered pool plus spacious garden. The room was budget, common with flower petals on the bed. The outdoor bar was amazing and the drinks were complementary.

The staff was friendly and the location was peaceful. Hotel's position close to hoan kiem lake and easy connection to Union Park. Don't forget to explore Tay Ho neighbourhood.
